Between us we have over 50 years’ experience (maybe closer to 60, but who’s counting) of working with vulnerable people. Throughout our careers we have learnt the skills to communicate with people across boundaries. With our fixed fee assessments we guarantee that we will visit the client as many times as is needed to ensure our assessment meets the legal requirements.
We have an internal audit system to ensure that our high bench mark of quality is achieved and evident in all assessment paperwork prior to sending the assessment to the referrer.
We have a maximum time frame of returning the assessment to the referrer within 48 hours of completing the assessment.
We pride ourselves on the depth of our assessments.
